Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you send the quote form we receive the details you type in: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, the product you are interested in and your message. We use them only to answer your request, prepare an offer and, if an order follows, to fulfil it. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

If you call or e-mail us directly, we process the contact details you give us for the same purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 2 years after our last exchange, then deleted. Data connected to an order is kept for as long as the law on accounting and contracts requires.

Who sees it

Your data is handled by Loglander staff who deal with sales. The form is delivered to us by our e-mail and hosting providers, who process it on our behalf and under contract. We do not sell personal data or pass it to third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics that identify you. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies that are strictly necessary to serve the site securely.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its processing, or to hand it over in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully you may complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or the supervisory authority in your country.
