Kiln-dried firewood in wooden crates
Fresh, air-dried and kiln-dried firewood from Lithuania, in crates we build ourselves
UAB Loglander supplies fresh, air-dried and kiln-dried firewood from Lithuania (ash, birch, alder, oak and hornbeam), packed in wooden crates.
All crates are produced in our own workshop, so any dimension or requirement is easy to handle. Our main crate types are 1 RM, 1.8 RM, 2 RM and 2.3 RM.

1 RM crate
The standard single crate. Two external sizes depending on log length.
Choose the species (ash, birch, alder, oak or hornbeam) and the moisture grade: kiln-dried under 18% for wood that burns straight away, air-dried under 25%, or fresh for customers who season the logs themselves.
Every crate is built in our own workshop, strapped, stackable two high and moisture-checked in four places before it leaves the yard.

| Wood species | Ash, birch, alder, oak, hornbeam |
|---|---|
| Moisture options | Kiln-dried < 18% · air-dried < 25% · fresh |
| Log length | 25 cm or 30 cm |
| External size, 25 cm logs | 0.85 × 1.15 × 1.2 m |
| External size, 30 cm logs | 1 × 1.15 × 1.2 m |
1.8 RM crate
A longer crate for 25 cm logs, the same width and height as the 1 RM.
At 2 m long it carries almost twice the wood of a 1 RM crate on the same width, so a load needs fewer crates to handle on arrival. The same five species and three moisture grades are available.
Built in our workshop, strapped and stackable two high; moisture is checked in four places per crate.
| Wood species | Ash, birch, alder, oak, hornbeam |
|---|---|
| Moisture options | Kiln-dried < 18% · air-dried < 25% · fresh |
| Log length | 25 cm |
| External size | 0.85 × 1.15 × 2 m |
2 RM crate
The large crate, available for three log lengths at the same external size.
Whether you order 25, 30 or 45 cm logs, the crate stays 1 × 1.15 × 2 m, so a mixed order loads and stacks uniformly and the pallet plan does not change from one log length to another.
Kiln-dried, air-dried or fresh, in ash, birch, alder, oak or hornbeam. Built in our workshop, strapped, stackable two high and moisture-checked in four places.
| Wood species | Ash, birch, alder, oak, hornbeam |

2.3 RM crate for the UK market
A special crate built for UK customers: kiln-dried logs only.
At 2.3 m long it is sized for the UK trade and carries only kiln-dried 25 cm logs under 18% moisture, within the 20% limit of the Ready to Burn scheme, under which Loglander holds certificate No. WS5533/00001.
Ash, birch, alder, oak or hornbeam. Built in our workshop, strapped, stackable two high and moisture-checked in four places per crate.

Crates built in our own workshop
We produce the wooden crates ourselves. They are strong, can be loaded two high, and look the part on a customer’s forecourt.
Moisture checking
Moisture is the most important property of high-quality firewood, so every part of an order is checked continuously. Each crate is measured in four places, and split logs are checked at three points, two near the ends and one in the middle, against our requirements.
